Welcome to the Kimchi Project documentation! Where we will keep an eye to our kimchi-making journey. With my bestfriend, Shine! :) So I have actually started this project last March 28 year 2024, and for some reasons, both me and Shine, got really inspired, that we went on and even talked about our Kimchi Project's branding! :) How exciting is that 😌 So here's the kimchi journey! March 28, 2024: Day 1 Day 1 is where I started making the kimchi. I thought that kimchi-making would be exhausting, with all the big basins, long preparation time I've seen on Korean Dramas. But, it was easy. First, I had to wash the vegetables (this was the hard part, haha, I rinsed every leaf of the cabbage, to make sure that there were no worms). Next, I sliced the big cabbage, religiously salted it and left it while I make the kimchi juice.  The kimchi juice, was the interesting part, all the ingredients, red onions, pear, apple, garlic, ginger, and the kelp of water were grinded altogether.
